My Story

My name is Nick and I purchased the car in 2012 from Burra. It had only had one owner and had been parked up and unused for about 10 years.
 
It took me about 3 years to restore the car to its former glory. I pulled everything apart and bought it back to bare metal. 
 
I had to replace some of the interior – the vinyl roof and carpet the floor, but most of the rest of the interior is original.
 
My nephew who was a panelbeater and spray painter generously helped me to respray the car using the original colour.
 
I joined the FBEK car club around 2015 and have enjoyed the many outings and friendships made with the other members of the club as well as the pleasure of driving my car on these trips.
